Please ensure you have read through this section. Ordering means you have accepted and agree with the following:

Shipping:
Currently only shipping to the US.
Orders will be shipped out using USPS tracking and will take anywhere between 2-15 business days to arrive after being shipped.
(please note that any orders not shipping to the US will be refunded)

I am not responsible for any shipping delays or damage during shipment. Returns are also unavailable.

Where can I see updates on pre-orders?
Merch order will be put in after the pre-order sales period and updates of production will be listed on my twitter.

An email will be sent to you confirming your order and another once the item has been shipped out.

What do I do if I wrote the wrong address?
Please make sure to contact me and we can edit the address so long as the package hasn't already been shipped.

Please be sure to check that the address is correct, refunds will not be given in case of error. All sales are final.

My charm looks dull or scratched?
Acrylic comes with a protective coating on each charm, be sure to remove this.
